  : the room didn't have much storage facilities for clothes but the Director immediately provided solutions and was extremely helpful and welcoming. The staff was very helpful, the location great, view from the balcony and rooftop unique! even the House Cat played its part to make you feel at Home! a place in Istanbul we can call home!

  : The room was damp (garden room). There was no hot water one day. The room was not cleaned one day. The room was not properly cleaned before we arrived.

  : Nice location. Big room. Great roof deck and view. Fast internet. Attractive decor. Funny little cat in the lobby. Very comfy bed. Staff were polite.
  : I think we paid about 600 per night for 6 nights not including dinner and a pretty expensive (we only went once) and slowly served breakfast. It's a nice hotel in many ways and the absence of facilities is clear from the listing but - dang - it's not worth the money we paid. We should have dropped that money (less in fact) and got a ridiculous Airbnb instead.We found the room uncomfortable - due to a few small niggles (toilet flush not working one day, a few fittings were loose/broken, AC went mad one day, no handle on the outside of the balcony door, bathroom door didn't shut properly). Our impression was that the rooms were designed by someone with a good eye/taste (the rooms look very nice) but maybe inexperienced in running a hotel. There was only a tiny desk inside the room (there also a table outside), there was no wardrobe (used a strange rail hanging over the coffee area - drawers are fine but not for long dresses), the glass panel to the shower was too short so the floor in the bathroom got soaked,....Of course, this makes us sound super entitled and unappreciative, but for a zero facilities hotel at 600 pn this stuff needs to be nailed, 100%. Especially if the guest is staying for almost a week.
