  : noisy, no air conditionning, no furniture to put luggage, matresses dirty, found no bugs but,, had to go downstairs to get towels,, too expensive for what it is worth. Rooms were not ready at 15h like promise, had to wait an extra hour. Weak internet.

  : Only a minor but coffee making facilitys would be a major plus, cobwebs on the ceiling throughout but down low and the important areas where clean.

  : The central location.
  : The room was dirty (crumbs on the bed, sticky marks on the night stand, traces of feces in the toilet). When I told the front desk, they had it cleaned up, but a room should be clean when you arrive.Once cleaned, the bed itself was relatively comfortable, but the 2 rooms I saw were scruffy and in bad shape overall. My room smelled terrible and stuffy. My colleague's room had a pungent chemical smell which made it difficult to sleep. It was impossible for us to leave the window open for fresh air, because the rooms were at street level and the windows were not secure when left open. Not only was the street very noisy (the traffic seems to be running through your room), but passers-by can literally reach out and touch your head through the window when you leave it open during the night.I realise hotel prices in the centre of Amsterdam are outrageous, so my expectations were already low, as the price of this place was below the average as well. I'm not someone looking for luxury anyway. But considering the discomfort both my colleague and I experienced, this hotel is definitely not even worth the price it charges.I usually only take the time to write a review when I have a positive experience, but in this case I had to make an exception.

  : Unfortunately the room was crawling with bed bugs and there seemed to be some sort of bodily fluids on the bedding. We lost a night of our trip searching for a new hotel that could take us ASAP. I will say the staff were very kind and gave a refund, but I would recommend staying away from this hotel.

  : Location good. Quiet room..
  : Room was dirty, bathroom not cleaned, toothpaste still in sink from previous occupant.Bedlinnen not changed; long hair in the bed and duvet cover had stains of blood, no matress cover and sheet dirty also. I slept on a towel. Would not recommend due to hygiene issues....

  : You can hear everything from the street and from the hotel. The room wasn't clean, you could see mold and holes on the walls.For some reason the vacuum cleaner was always in the corridor, even at night.Beds were 70cm wide.
