  : Location, easy walk to castle, access to lake and plenty of sun beds. Pool and breakfast great too. Friendly staff and garden room we were allocated was lovely with patio area.
  : Only a minor point, but you had to make a reservation in advance for restaurant for evening meal.

  : Very good location, big parking lot, beautiful lakeside area, nice and rich breakfast, friendly people. Room ok, lake almost not visible, however we booked a room with "partial visibility" - but it's not an issue, you are anyways in a lovely location :-) Terrace is comfortable.
  : 10-12 min walk to the old town, on map it seemed a bit shorter. At breakfast, waiters were a bit slow, we othen has to hunt for plates, forks, knives :-D but this is small things. Bathroom was a bit tight, but we are both tall people.

  : Great location within walking distance of the old town of Sirmione. Good size family room. lakeside garden with plenty of sunbeds. parking was also included in the room rate which is a plus.
  : Breakfast was included in the room rate. However I would have preferred to pay less without breakfast as the breakfast was actually quite a let down for me.

  : I booked a Junior Suite with Lake View for me and my wife for 3 nights in late September. The bed was really comfortable and the terrace from the room was really big with sunbeds. The room itself was a bit small but nothing to complain about. Good parking lot and location very good for walking to the Castle centre and to get a good service elsewhere.
  : *The swimming pool is located in a small closed yard where the sun does not shine unless maybe for a part of the morning. Swimming pool was one of our filtered choices when looking for hotel options. We never saw anyone use this pool but instead we could dip into the lake from the hotel garden. *Breakfast could offer more variations. For example I was surprised there were hardly any fresh fruit except an orange. *Air condition didnt work in our room after arrival and it took around 20 hours to get it fixed. In total I had to report the problem 3 times to to reception. We hardly got any sleep the first night because of the heat, resulting in tiredness all next day. It turned out there was a mailfunction in the computer system in the hotel. The hotel eventually solved this problem by bypassing the air condition from the sensors that apparantly were not working. This could have been done when I first notified the reception of the problem so we could at least have had a good night sleep. In a very polite conversations to the recepionist on checkout I mentioned our unhappiness with the air condition problem and the discomfort it led to. So I asked if the hotel would offer any compensation for the inconvenience, like a small discount of the price. In a very short reply she said they would do no such thing. It was like she didnt care at all. I understand problems like this can come up anywhere but sometimes showing a small effort and a little bit better service can leave a guest a bit happier. We left this hotel with a negative experience.

  : The receReceptionist on arrival was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. The most rude, argumentative person I have ever come across ( comically so, I really couldnt believe it!!)There was confusion if the stay had been paid in full. Coincidently the same day the same amount of euros was paid to a different booking.com booking. I assumed it was this.!!!Rather than help or offer to contact booking.com or offer any kind of assistance..and even though she confirmed that they had received 50% payment of a 4 night stay, she told me to find another hotel as I couldnt stay there. My children and I waited in reception area for an hour or more while I messaged , rang and emailed booking.com to clear it up. Appalling little women, shouting , flailing her arms around putting me on the phone to someone else who was shouting!!!!!!!!!, in totally the wrong job!!!I confirmed with booking.com what had been paid to whom, I then paid the difference. But the damage of the nasty little women was done!!!!
