  : The workers were very pleasant, especially Irmi. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. We loved the patio with its beautiful view of the Vatican (just be careful not to lock yourself out on the patio, which is easy to do!) The train station is very close and there are multiple restaurants in walking distance. We even walked to the Vatican Museum without any problems. Fresh bread/croissants were delivered to us daily and there is free, fresh fruit in the lobby.
  : The website said that there was a washer and dryer. We were counting on this to do our laundry. Unfortunately, the one community washer they had was in the basement and wasn't working properly and took forever to wash the clothes. And we had two loads to do. There was no electric or gas dryer at all. Instead there was a drying rack to put out on the patio. If they don't have an electric/gas dryer, they shouldn't advertise that they have a "dryer". This ended up being a nuisance. It was a little misleading because the website said breakfast was included, which we thought meant someone else would prepare it for us. Instead, there was some eggs, meat, cheese, bread, milk, and juice available for us to cook/prepare ourselves. That is OK, but I think it should be clarified on the website. The following wasn't a problem for us, but could be for others. There is a pretty steep driveway that leads up to the apartment building. If you are handicapped, this could be a problem, especially if you are walking from the train station (rather than coming by car).
