  : The property was near things of interest
  : the noise, all night you could hear everything going on outside and the people inside the building too. The bed was uncomfortable and the bugs that kept entering the room have caused multiple bites.

  : I was calling owner for the first time to ask whether the establishment was still ok for us as we did not receive any message on how to enter the apartment until late at night. The second call was to inform them that our plane got delayed. Since we spoke on the message that we would like to have a private car take us from the airport, we wanted to confirm if it was still possible. Both times was very rude and fun quote just to end the review. At the end of our call he said, Madame, stop calling this number. I will not answer if you call againBe aware and know that cleaning might come inside the room as they have a spare key. Amenities for both rooms are kept in one of the rooms so cleaners might come knocking at your door. (They are nice people)Aside from all that, we had an acceptable stay.

  : The house is okay and close to every major attraction, with many restaurants in the vicinity.
  : However, probably for the age of the building, you can hear everything outside and inside the entrance door. The worst episodes came when we found stuff moved in the apartment and especially when the laundry guys tried to enter the house without any notice or knock, even being very rude when we let them enter. My girlfriend had some trouble sleeping after that knowing there is no way to block the door from inside to not let anyone enter without notice. Not a stay we would recommend.

  : Quick, convenient apartment for stop over in Rome. Had all the basic requirements - Large enough to fit 2 large suitcases in easily. Bathroom fully equipped, even a small kitchen.
  : Although the kitchen had cups, coffee plunger, plates, etc, there were no basics provided (i.e. coffee, tea, milk, bottled water). Hot water system was hard to figure out and only last 2 mins. AC blew air, albeit not cool air. Super tight stairwell to get your bags up.

  : When we arrived the toilet was leaking water all over the bathroom floor and into the bedroom, the owner knew about it beforehand as they used a towel to block the water but didn't bother to repair it. After a lot of complaining it wasn't repaired until 2 days later. They didn't believe me and even lied to Booking.com services even though I sent them videos of it.The owner was incredibly rude, dismissive and disrespectful.The flat was dirty and not maintained.The lamp and wardrobe was broken, the kettle was so dirty we didn't use it and only 1 of 2 cooking hobs was working.The photos are not accurate! It's really not worth the money you spend to stay here - book anywhere else.
