  : The location is good, but the area has a lot of crime. Better to stay a little bit far away but in safer areas with local people.
  : I stayed one night and had a terrible experience. First of all, it's not a proper hotel, but just a tiny apartment converted to a hotel. Even though the location is great just a step from Metro Cavour, it's a boisterous area, and hard to rest there. Second, the bathroom is tiny, smaller than any North American pantry. Check-in is very inconvenient. There are no people available on the property and proper self-check-in is provided. The accommodation is missing a proper locker room, the suitcases will be left in the reception area without property security. Moreover, My phone was stolen. The last time I used it in the hotel, google showed the phone was in the hotel I requested to see camera footage. The lady, the manager of this hotel who introduced herself as a journalist,57, with no name or business card was extremely rude and screamed on like crazy and refused to do that. Also, she threatened to go to the police with my passport which is bleached of personal data. She said that my phone was in a different building, but Google showed the building where I stayed before and I used my phone the last time. My phone was not found and I could not use my credit cards without my phone and sim cards and my travel plans were completely ruined. At the police station, I met a Mexican lady, her passport was stolen in a hotel restaurant. Police are overloaded with those cases and even to do a report you have to wait for hours, This area has a high rate of pickpocketing and theft. Avoid staying near Termini and cheap hotels like Nerva, if you don't want to have stolen your passport, wallet, or phone. Nerva's staff is absolutely unprofessional, and rude and did not know how to maintain hospitality standards.

  : the location was amazing, only a few minutes walk from the Colosseum and maximum 20 minutes walk from all other attractions. the Metro was right outside of the door. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the young girl was lovely.
  : the walls are extremely thin as it is an old property, so if youre a light sleeper this probably isnt the best place for you. the mattresses were very firm and the shower head appeared to be broken and the water only trickled out.

  : Just beside the metro station. The room given just enough for one person.
  : Only cabin luggage enough space. Noisy neighborhood, the bathroom quite small and slow water drainage at rain shower area. They have separate room for pantry but was not inform.
