  : Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was really useful. Breakfast in the bakery next door was nice.
  : As nice as the bakery was it was a little repetitive for a 5 night stay. (a very minor grumble as it was nice)

  : The staff is nice and the room (only the one at the 1st floor) is spacious.The location is fine if you like walking or using taxi (apart from Colosseo, it takes > 30min to get to the majority of the popular sites).
  : The fairness of the price is arguable given the facilities (apart from the rooms, based on our understanding there is no other facilities/standard services as in a 4 stars hotel such like in-house restaurant, gym, room services..). Our stay is in early October (maybe still considered as high season), the room is priced >300 per night (with breakfast included).The breakfast is in a cafe/bakery outside of the building, the seats are at the terrace on the street next to a busy road. We understood that the breakfast include 1 cafe+1 pastry + 1juice at your choice (salty ones as toast etc will be charged as extra).

  : The location was OK, staff were very friendly.
  : The room needs more space for clothes to be unpacked, It Needed a couple of drawers for smalls. Limited tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was a Cafe a couple of doors down the street.

  : Beautiful area. Very nice desk people.harming really for its flaws though.
  : Could use more cleaning. Issues with AC and lights. We reserved a large tub for 2 and a balcony room and got neither. Our view was of air conditioning systems and a rooftop next door.

  : The Staff is great! Super nice, always ready to help us out. The room was nicely decorated but a bit run down, I expected more. The location is within walking distance of the Colosseum (20 mins Tops)
  : Unfortunately I expected more for the price. It is a bit pricey (500 EUR the night, although granted we were going for a concert). But we were left a bit disappointing. From the photos u get the idea that is gonna be some what of luxury experience and its not. Is just a basic hotel with nice decorations.
