  : Breakfast was very tasty, with a good a choice of hot and cold food. Service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Very warm welcome and all staff were extremely helpful. Rooms are furnished well, spacious and very clean.

  : Quiet, lovely rooms; understated lux; rooftop bar / restaurant; sweetly atmospheric at night. The concierge staff were exceptionally helpful. It was a pleasure to return after a few years. We felt fortunate and relieved to have been able to book, last minute, during a very busy 'tourist' time in Rome.
  : We felt for the staff managing breakfast service. It wasn't seamless and we worried about the stress on them.

  : The room was big and spacious. Had a huge bed and the Air con and shutters were outstanding! The hotel breakfast was great and the location is really really good. All the staff speak english and were very helpful.
  : The gym/spa was closed. We opened the fridge and there was something that smelt like fish, so I quickly cleaned it out and then called reception who came up to inspect, but then said because I had already cleaned it there wasn't much they could do...the smell lingered for the whole 5 days we were there. I also asked for an upgrade but heard nothing back from them. The restaurant is very expensive and the service is the worst I have ever experienced and the food is not up to fine dining standard. So don't eat there, there are some great restaurants within 20 minutes of walking so don't bother.

  : Roof top view. Front hotel staff where pleasant and helpful.
  : Poorly trained staff apart from reception staff. Terrible breakfast. Has to ask for spoons both mornings. No fruit on second day. Staff didnt ask us if we would like tea/coffee, you had to ask them. Dirty uniforms. Filtered coffee served in a flask. Coffee machine (espresso) in room had cheap coffee pods.
