  : Really only the location.
  : It was 41 degrees in Rome (which obviously is not the propertys fault). However, the air conditioning that the apartment had had a motion sensor, which meant it would continuously turn off if no one would move, which was a major issue at night when we were all sleeping. You would literally had to dance in front of the air conditioning in order for it to turn back on. The last thing you want when in that heat is to be negotiating with the airco.When we messaged the owner about this, the response time was 2+ hours, which may not seem much, but I dare you to sit in a room without air conditioning in 40+ degree weather.Also, the refrigerator was shared with other apartments, which again, when trying to keep yourself cool by keeping your drinks at hand, was utterly unhandy.

  : The host was very responsive. Our queries were resolved immediately.
  : The shower. There was cold water coming out even though hot water was turned on.

  : Metro and bus station are super close to the apartment, and it is well connected with every part of Rome. Everything was clean. The host is really hospitable and pleasant.
  : The street is too noisy. We managed to sleep while the window was open, but we were woken up a few times through the night. I guess it is better when you close it, but we wanted fresh air.

  : Location was great, metro and bus stop was at walking distance. Comfy beds, cable TV. Room was clean. There was a safe to put our passports or other important things to leave. The staff was very nice and communicative.
  : Shared (and limited) Kitchen amenities with other rooms (only fridge and microwave), which wasnt described in the main page. A bit of bad smell in bathroom and blankets. Faucets and shower not properly cleaned.
