  : Although the apartment was a little bit small and we had some issues with the washing machine, the host was very helpful in any way. When we used to send her emails or messages, they were answered immediately and she helped us with anything that we have requested. Apartment is Very central and within minutes one can find good places for dining, eating gelati, groceries or having a cup of coffee and some pastries. Thanks Ely you were very helpful and charismatic.

  : Nothing to like when you have to get a cold shower every morning becausethere was no hot water available.
  : There was no hot water available for the full duration of our stay. Uponarrival, we were informed that there was no hot water and that it wouldbe fixed the following morning. When we returned the following eveningafter a day of site seeing, the hot water was still not fixed with nocontact made from the landlord to explain why it was not fixed, after wecalled numerous times to no avail.The following morning we were told that " there was no solution to this problem" and that we would get a refund. After numerous emails back and forth, upon checkout, we were met by a man with a letter stating that we had been offered another apartment nearby before we checked in, so it was not his fault as he provided alternative accommodation, which was totally false as we only learned of the hot water issue upon check-in. So we were offered a refund which added up to less than half of what we paid for the apartment which had no hot water for four days. After this took place I emailed the representative to say that I was not happy and that I would be contacting booking.com about what had taken place, the response I received told me "to do anything you think its better for you"

  : The ease of getting about it was in a great area for transport food and shops
  : The apartment wasn't comfortable for four adults. bathrooms were on the small side ,and the restaurant down stairs was noisy and kept us awake at night

  : Convenient location for getting to main sites; economical option for groups or family. Private bathroom for each bedroom.Communication by email with owner was quick and easy.
  : A little lacking in clean appearance & comfort (i.e.- marks on wall, some hairs on beds and in bathroom when we arrived.) Bed pillows were flat, very used. Mattresses were too hard.Would prefer to meet owner on arrival so he sees the property conditions being presented to clients.Guests expect more comfortable pillows and mattresses, thorough cleanliness and good condition of property. Guests are paying plenty for a nice, comfortable experience. Those are not things to be remedied at the last moment after guests have already checked in.Photos on website of immaculate apartments, and some descriptions did not truly match the conditions.

  : The host, Ely is nice. She is very efficient to resolve any problems occurs during the stay. She is also reachable over whats up and replies promptly. The apartment is good and conveniently located.
  : The cleanliness of the rooms are not as expected including the toilets - looks like the apartment had not been vacuumed well. Insufficient toiletries. The room stinks and no air freshener is provided.
