  : The hotel itself was very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They all spoke english which made interactions very easy. Breakfast was served from 7:00 to 9:30, it was open buffet and consisted of fresh croissants and similar pastries, slices of bread with various options of breadspreads. Cereal and corn flakes. Orange juice, coffee and tea as well as milk.
  : The location was not good. It was about 1.2km away from the Bus/Train Terminal. Thr neighborhood simply didn't match anything you would expect from Rome. It was smelly from and to the Hotel. I beleieve the trams were riding all night and the hotel/room was literally 10m away from the tracks and you had to close all the windows altogether and still you coule clearly hear the trams.

  : There was building work beginning around 7am daily, very noisy and woke us up daily.. Walls very thin so you hear everything happening in the hotel.

  : - The staff went above and beyond, especially at the reception, showing kindness and flexibility by serving espresso before breakfast hours. - The hotel's location proved to be convenient, nestled in a safe neighborhood with easy access to public transport and within walking distance to the lively San Lorenzo district. - The 24-hour reception was very convenient, and the general cleanliness and maintenance of the room were commendable.
  : - The breakfast selection was basic and lacked variety such as fresh eggs and fruit, which would have been expected for the price paid. - Despite the room being generally clean, we occasionally found stray hairs on the duvet, suggesting a need for more thorough cleaning. - While the room featured an operational window, the view was obstructed by scaffolding, lessening the desire to open it. The furniture in the room felt slightly outdated, and considering the average breakfast and ongoing exterior construction, the room rate appeared to be on the higher side for what was offered.
