  : Everything about the apartment is superb (cleanliness, very helpful staff, ac, spacious....)
  : The location as it is it really far from everything and the walk up the hill to get to the apartment. There is actually a subway ( 3min walk away) but we try not to use it due to the many pickpockets in the subway =(. I hope the authorities would do something about them (pickpockets) because they kind of rule in Italy as they are not scared as they come in groups and would circle on their victims (based on my recent experience).

  : Nice appartment with 2 balconies, very near the Vatican City. We were a family of 5, the rooms were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Petro was very helpful with tips of the city and with transfer for the airport. Recommend it!

  : The apartment was in a good location for the Vatican and near to St peters train station. The apartment was fully furnished and equipped for all our needs. Good wifi and smart tv, two lovely balconies and cooking facilities.
  : The stairs to the apartment were quite steep.

  : The apartment has a wonderful terrace with comfortable seating.Pedro was very friendly and helpful and did his best to assist with any questions or issues.
  : The apartment is quite close to the Vatican City, which seemed like a good location, but actually its too far away from the main areas which often made it extremely difficult to get a taxi. Also, the entrance for the apartment is up a tiny, steep, dirty back street which made coming and going quite unpleasant.Although the shower is nice and powerful, the bathroom definitely needs some work. Water has obviously got into the top of the vanity unit at some point and so the veneer is pealing off and the door surround is coming away from the wall. Also the shower compartment leaks so we had to put down a towel to avoid getting a puddle on the floor.The air conditioning in the bedroom didnt seem to work very well, but I think that Pedro was going to look at this.

  : Easy from train and bus stops. Kitchen and bathroom were good, clean. 3 people were able to use it well for 5 days, 4 nights.
  : BIG PROBLEM WITH THE OWNER. We got there at Friday night. All the hotelsI market to pre-pay by Bookingso I didn't have any problems while traveling. Saturday night, at 10 pm, owner sends me a message saying he wants to meet me to charge for the stay. He's SUPER pushy, not polite, saying he'll be there by Sunday morning even though I told him we had a guided (SCHEDULED) tour at that time and couldn't make it. I told him I was going to check with my bank and then get back to him, but that Booking had NOT notified me of any pending payments. I sent him a print and said goodnight. When we opened the door at 8 am on Sunday he was there waiting to charge, irritated because he thought we were trying to fool him and not pay. He screamed and I recorded the entire conversation. He said he himself denied my card from charging before because he was afraid of fraud. The owner coming to the apartment during the stay, that not being agreed upon, and simply charging me? Rude. Bad. It was a weekend so getting ahold of my bank in Brazil while in Italy was a problem with the timezones (8am in Italy means it's 3am on a Sunday in Brazil). You can imagine how that conversation went. I didn't know it he was trying to charge me twice, he thought I didn't want to pay. In the end he said he denied my card multiple times (when Booking tried to pre-charge me, because that was the payment method I selected because Booking gave me that option, even though the owner didn't accept it. Owner has to follow Booking procedures or at least state that it's different, not simply make up his own rules.He said he'd help us by letting us checkout later than 12pm and then getting us a bag holder near the apartment for a discounted price. At 8 am check out day he sent a message saying he was waiting for us to leave already and then didn't come help with the bad holder. When I reminded him he'd get us more time he said no and vanished.
