  : 1. Didnt stated before booking that no check in is available after 1 pm, I had to book expensive taxi to get there and found out the door is locked from inside, had to kick the door loudly for someone to open from inside and waited for another 30 ins at 1am in the morning 2. The Hotle is not a hotel, its a room inside apartment and is very old, neighbours are very loud watching movie, couldnt get to sleep at all the noise is very big. 3. Very unsafe overall ,also the bath tub does not have massage function, and water leeks out of the bottom make the floor wet. 4. No 24 hours service

  : It was very clean and beds were comfortable
  : Our room 1A was right next to train tracks which we were not told about. The trains were very noisy but luckily not late at night. If you stay in this room I would advise you to wear ear plugs if you do not want to get woken by trains going past the window at 5am

  : The daily cleaning was nice, the kitchenette very helpful, comfy bed and powerful shower. Breakfast just normal, the surroundings are okay, a supermarket just in front and several fastfood places, several transport options.
  : The reception staff are kinda useless, they mostly harass you to pay the daily tax fee (of course in cash only), once you pay they completely disappear, not helpful at all, and they barely speak English even though they receive tourists every day...We also had problems with people sleeping in the next room, arriving super late and banging the doors nonstop, being super noisy, and of course, we didn't find anyone at reception to complain.It's also expensive for the location, the closest attraction (coliseum) is a good 30 min away, if later you to walk around the centre of Rome you need another 50 min to go back by foot and at the end of the day you are just exhausted so you may have to spend in transport.

  : I liked that the room was very nice and clean and the shower was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable too. It was close to the train/metro station and there was a supermarket across the road. Restaurant's and a nice ice cream shop is very close by too.
  : The check in wasn't very clear as it was another number, I was stood by the door which leads to the rooms but after you checked in which was the door next to it. We've been given about 5 different keys, they haven't been labeled which made it difficult to know which one the right one was. The breakfast was very simple, a little yogurt or a piece of fruit would have been nice with it.
