  : Comfortable beds.
  : Internet connection really bad. Breakfast not like the pictures and there's a sign that says "breakfast is from us", well....I paid for it, it's not from you. They gave us 4 keys, only 1 worked. No soundproof rooms, u can hear everything and when I say everything,I mean everything. TV only 1 channel. You have to keep your cups with you in case there are no clean ones the other day. There's no sink in the kitchen, so we filled water for the kettle from the toilet sink. Kettle full of limescale. Just use some vinegar. Fix the shower

  : We liked the location of the B&B as the neighbourhood is good and safe. We also liked the possibility to drink a coffee and to be able to use the microwave and a little fridge anytime that were located in the dinning area. There was a big window in the dinning area that you could open to let fresh air into the room when you desired. There was a lift in the building which was appreciated as the B&B is located in the 3rd floor. The process to open all the doors before arriving to the room was clear and easy to follow.
  : Sadly, we have to point some aspects I regret about the B&B (room 4): - First of all, the absence of cleanliless in the room and the common areas. For example, our bathroom was dirty before we arrived, there was dust under the bed and on the cupboards. - The facilities in the bathroom were poorly conserved, for the example the toilet lid was broken, the shower was very very old (maybe the worst of all, I had to buy a pair of flip flop to have a shower because was old and dirty). - Towels and sheets are not changed every day insted were changed once every 3 days. - The furniture was in bad condition, as if nobody cared about it (for example, the cupboard had a visible damaged part). - One of the lights in the dinning area and in our room didn't work. - There were little options for the breakfast (only some packaged crackers and cookies, tea bags and coffee capsules), we expected some fruit, milk or cereals as they said breakfast was included. - The walls and doors were very thin and you could hear everything that happens in other rooms. - The ceiling was damaged (if like the painting was cracked).

  : I love the location. The neighborhood, the building. It was near a metro station, nice restaurants, grocery store and coffee place. Nice neighborhood with things to do but not noisy or collapsed with tourists. The room was comfortable. We had our own bathroom. Also snacks to enjoy in a common area. There were other guests in the same apartment.
  : The only thing I would suggest is to check is the bathroom. The hot water was hard to manage and the toilette had a strange smell. Nothing terrible (if you are not senstive). The coffee machine didnt worked the days we were there. I pretty sure they will fix it soon.

  : The location was excellent, allowing us to reach the city center within a 20-30 minute walk. We found a charming coffee shop on the corner where we enjoyed our morning coffees and pastries. Additionally, the building itself was impressive, boasting a spacious garden and a clean, beautiful house.
  : The check-in procedure was a disappointment. It was supposed to be self-check-in, and we got into the house without any problem at 3 pm, which was the stated check-in time. However, we couldn't find the keys where they were supposed to be. I texted the owner, and he apologized, saying he would handle it. He instructed us to go for a walk and return by 5 pm, which he said was the check-in time (?). It's worth mentioning that we had only three days in Rome, so every hour was carefully planned. We had just arrived from the airport and would have liked to shower and change before meeting our friends at 5 pm. So we texted back, explaining that the check-in time was at 3 pm, which was why we were there. Anyway, in the end, we managed to get in, but it was already 5 pm... The breakfast was disappointing, to say the least. It consisted of only three types of dry biscuits and coffee, without any milk or accompaniments. My hopes of starting the day with a satisfying breakfast before exploring the city quickly dissipated. The first night, we had hoped to go to bed early, around 10 o'clock. However, we soon discovered that the walls were incredibly thin when a Portuguese couple began a major disagreement to put it lightly which escalated into a loud argument around midnight. Every word of their dispute was audible to us. While my boyfriend wanted to intervene, I felt it was a situation that warranted calling the police, so I urged him to refrain. As a result, we struggled to get any sleep until around 2 a.m. However, despite the potential of the room with its cute balcony (even though lacking curtains), I was disappointed by the overall cleanliness. The dirty toilet, dusty floor, and inadequately washed bedsheets left much to be desired. Additionally, despite requesting an iron, I was unable to locate one. By this point, it seemed insignificant compared to the other issues at hand.

  : First of all we didnt know there is no heating in april in Rome, so when we talked with the host about what can we do because it was very cold, she said that we can turn the air conditioner for hot on" but there is no air conditioner in the room. The doors from the balcony couldnt really close well so the temperature in the room was even worse. 2nd of all we couldnt take two persons showers one after another because there wasnt enough hot water in the boiler or whatever was going on because it just stops after 10 mins. 3rd thing dont get fooled by " breakfast included" because their breakfast means some biscuits, some small sweets from the shop and coffee/tea. For me breakfast means food not biscuits, anyway very dissapointed because sometime u pay more to have an extra service which could be breakfast included and then u dont have it. The last thing and the most important one, something about the entrance door is broken, the main building door is not opening. So we talked with the hosts about it from the first day and they said they know about it and just to push harder. We pushed harder untill the key almost got broken inside. The key is not the problem. Also we got stuck outside and no one was answering our calls at night time we just freezed outside untill some neighbour got inside the building to keep the door open for us too. They have 3 numbers but they didnt bothered to reply to us, call us back or help us when we required their help. Also I forgot to mentionate, u gonna share the kitchen with another guests. Not too much privacy because its basically different rooms in one apartment.

  : The area is one of the best in Rome. The building is a very well maintained clasical appartment block.
  : The bathroom and beds need to be replaced. The walls need to be repainted.

  : Place is situated 10 min from metro which is perfect. The building is very nice, calm central part. There is planty options for breakfast around. There are also various options for dinners or grocery shopping. There is an air condition that works very well.
  : The bathroom was in poor state. There is no breakfast - do not count with it. There were some prepacked spungecakes but is it first comes first serves. Our neigbours ate all of them before we got aby chance. I was asked three times in the row to pay city tax via paypal. Three times we agreed on cash payment. Like we never talked before.
