Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : Location is really good and useful for visiting Rome. The hotel is really beautiful in appearance and so are the rooms. Very good taste in internal design. The breakfast is decent. Room service is also good. Reception and bar staff are nice and sincere.
  : The hotel does not have a dedicated room for conducting office work and is hard to work in the rooms also due to lack of desk space and power outlets. Additionally since the building is old, walls are quite thin and you can hear everyone in the corridors. Mosquitos were also a significant problem. Also no one informed us beforehand that their restaurant is usually fully-booked for dinners (weeks in advance) so we couldn't make reservations once we arrived.

  : The garden rooms are huge and come fully stocked. The upstairs rooms in the main building are quaint and decorated old fashioned which I thought was very nice. The toiletries are fancy :) Breakfast is delicious and the staff is friendly.
  : The shower drains super slow and the tv is sort of janky. The WiFi is not that fast but its acceptable for regular browsing.

  : Location worked out great.
  : The room assigned to me had ants everywhere! More details: 1. Checked in at midnight after delays in my flight. 2. Room looked OK, not as good as in the picture, and after a minute in the bathroom I spotted tens of ants on the floor! 3. Went to the reception, the receptionist came along with me to inspect, asked me if that was a problem for me, explained me it is a recurrent problem due to the vegetation around, and told me to wait (in the room). 4. After 15 minutes waiting (!) - this was 00.30 by now - I decided to go the reception again as clearly nobody would get back to me. 5. At the reception I asked what was happening and the person there - the only one! - told me that he "had tried to call some people" but nobody was picking, that he was only a security person, and that there was no solution - no other rooms, I could only accept that room. 6. I asked for my money back, explained that whole situation, that was simply unnaceptable. 7. One hour later, after a long heated discussion, the guy assigned me their suite. 8. At 02.00 am I enter my new room. It looked beautiful, however super noisy air conditioning - the floor vibrates! To conclude, the service was non-existing, there is no manager you can talk to, the staff ignores you, you really have to call for them, the rooms are not well maintained - you might see beautiful photos, they do not correspond to reality. It's Rome, so many other much better options!

  : the place is nice indeed, but that's what you pay for. good breakfast, calm and relaxing.
  : There is no room service, which I think any boutique Hotel that pretends of being international should have a room service running at least until midnight. All European Capital Hotels of the same level have room service if not 24/7 until 2 o'clock in the morning. for a person visiting for 1 night and spending over 300 euro per night not being able to have such a service i find it poor.
