  : There is air conditioning and a mosquito net which is the only positive thing I can say about the place
  : My bed had clearly been slept in and not cleaned between guests. There was body hair riddled all over the bedding once you pulled the sheet back, as well as dirt from someones nose and a dirty shoe print! When I send a video to the staff they completely ignored the what they saw in the video and told me there are a couple of spots of rust on the bedding from the washing machine which is absolutely not the case. They also refused to refund any of the fee and it was over 80 a night! When I then escalated the case to booking.com they offered a messily 11 partial refund. Im actually appalled.

  : There was absolutely nothing to like. We had planned on staying here for 5 nights but left after one very uncomfortable night
  : It's not a B&B. There is no breakfast. It's a room in a very loud building in a very rough area.We made the mistake of walking into the main town. We had to dodge syringes in our sandals, and people lying everywhere in the street. Rubbish everywhere.We arrived at half 3, so there was no one at the desk. There were two men staring into our open room which was a bit creepy. They didn't introduce themselves so we had no idea who they were.Because of this, and the location, we felt so unsafe that we left the next day. They would not refund us the 500 for the 4 nights we didn't stay because we didn't speak to any one before leaving. (There was no one to speak to) Apparently they could have moved us to one of their other locations. But we wouldn't have stayed anywhere run by the same people. So it was worth the 500 for us to leave early with our lives and sanity intact.Were woken up by staff screaming at each other in the kitchen.There were pizza/take-out pamphlets taped to the walls to cover something...didn't check what it was, we had seen more than enough.I have never been so glad to leave anywhere in my life.

  : The rooms were super clean and very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The availability of Netflix on TV was a nice bonus.
