  : Definitely the host. We got off on a rocky start but in the end it all worked out.

  : The room was small however for the price and location it it well worth it. The room was super clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

  : The host gave us the choice of getting the bigger room for the same price and we took it, the only thing it didn't have the bathroom in the room but outside it was a big bathroom just for us but I wouldn't do it again as at our age I get up in the night to go and it was kind of uncomfortable to have to go out of the room open another door etc. but it was our choice
  : The place is on the third floor with no elevator so every time we had to go out it was 56 steps up and 56 steps down.... good exercise though but a little difficult with the suitcase!

  : The location was excellent very close to train station. The room was clean air conditioning working very well, we had an electric kettle. We were supposed to have the small room but the woman in charge asked us if we wanted the bigger room without charging extra, we took it even though the bathroom was outside the room but it was very clean and she was very accomodating.
  : It was 56 steps we had to climb to get up there we wouldn't have mind it if it wasn't so hot! We knew ahead of booking though that was the case so it wasn't their fault. In hindsight we should have kept the smaller room with the bathroom inside the room it was kind of inconvenient every time we had to go unlock relock the doors at our age we need our own bathroom in the room not outside, but the room was nice, clean, plenty of towels and the AC worked very well. I would recommend it to younger people if they are traveling by train is very close to the station

  : it was clean, the cleaning lady made the perfect work.
  : Although the host lady was nice, I would say i felt unhappy to pay extra 20 euro for thr late check in at 11:30 p.m., which was not claimed on the bill when you BOOKing online. So take care of your arriving time!!!Also, you won't feel safe at the first two, three nights about the neighboring there. But I guess it is the problem of the Naples itself. If i got the chance to visit Naples again, I would rather pay more and live nearby the castle dell'Ovo for example. At least, I found fewer homelss people there, and cleaner streets.

  : The check-in was really good. The lady was so friendly and gave us lots of ideas of where to go, places to eat and showed us all of this as well as the local supermarket all on a map that she gave us. The next day, she checked that everything was okay.

  : Good location as it was only 8 minute walk to Napoli Centrale/Piazza Garibaldi station, close to restaurants and supermarket, friendly and helpful owners who provided us with a map of the city.
  : Property is quite rundown and not well maintained - toilet seat and towel rail were broken, door to our room was difficult to open due to being a bit broken at the bottom. On our first night the wifi wasnt working in our room. Shower was very small and cramped. Old building so the walls are thin and we could hear noisy neighbours.
