  : Breakfast was good - great selection and service every morning, and staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Shuttle service was also useful.
  : Was much more remote than expected meaning that it was difficult to access local shops. Bedsheets were not clean and had blood on them, we had to ask staff to change them. Toilet in room did not flush properly and draining all night, which was disruptive. Room was a bit dated with scratches on the furniture. Apart from the pool, spa facilities were not working, gym was closed for refurbishment and spa facilities were generally poor and dated. For the room cost we paid including daily €5 tax per person which we weren’t aware of, this was very expensive and was more like a bed and breakfast “no frills” stay.

  : the property is really old and have a lot of broken or dirty parts in the bedroom
  : no maintenance of the property, bad floor, the badroom wall corner were broken

  : Nice breakfast, nice staff, very nice room, but problem is location because you dont have good access to public transport , speciali not good conection with metro. There is a payless hotel shutle, but it works from 08 00 til 23 00.

  : The hotel was okay'ish. The staff was really friendly, but maybe a bit understaffed. They we're too busy and there was almost always a cue with reception.
  : The location!!! It is located in an abandoned industrial area. All the buildings look pretty bad, and a lot of garbage and abandoned cars in the area. If you're by public transport, the only way to get there is a busstop thats 10 minutes away. Or a hourly shuttle service that was completely booked for 3 hours!!!Also, the restaurant is too expensive for what you get.Overall, if you have a bit more money, just get a hotel closer to the city center!

  : Friendly reception lady that was on duty. bar men great.breakfast host amazing.hotel is quite.clean.waitress very attentive to geusts.
  : The gentleman at reception desk (9th May) on evening schedule..could not get his name OPENLY rude in sense he discriminate between visitors .As I have felt he don't apply all hotel rules for ever geust who visit they friends.one walk straight in no questions ask for identity or who he might visit.few minutes later he demands identity from another and preach on hotel rules..let rules be for everyone.not who u feel don't fit enter the hotel...one dress professional and u ain't demanding I'd.or if covid pass is valid... next one u demands a list of your rules and regulations cause he dressed a little trashy..I assume he didn't fit in.and they were both my friends..can u justify that..
