  : The staff, apart from one who was a bit miserable, were very good especially in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was also first class and as I had to eat there each night this was a good thing!
  : The rooms were dark and dismal, and coming out of a lift on my own in the pitch dark was very disconcerting. The lights didn't come on until I reached my room, which wasn't a lot of use. The hotel is in an awful location, unless you took a taxi or had a car it really didn't feel safe leaving the hotel.

  : As a woman travelling alone, this was a bad experience. The front office staff was very unhelpful and rude. Over the phone, when I was asking for info on how to get there from the central station, one of them told me, and I quote: "I'm sorry, I can't entertain you, I have other guests here." Then, on the night of my stay, I was stuck in a thunderstorm, I tried to reach the hotel on the phone and they were no help. Thankfully, a lady on the street helped me get back to the hotel. Needless to say, there was no apology from the staff. The location is poor, the room was very small, smelled strange, the bathroom door didn't work and there were fire escape stairs right outside my window. I didn't get any sleep because of strange pipe noises and the green and red lights on the ceiling. The only good thing was breakfast. Not recommended for solo travellers.

Also, the hotel is right next to a busy highway, so there is no option to open your window and keep your room quiet.P.S. This hotel doesn't have a first aid kit. We were returning late in the night from the city to the hotel and had a headache. On reception, the administrator suggested we go 2km to the nearest pharmacy. To remind you that the hotel is located in an industrial area, half of the city lights are not working, and they called themself a 4-star hotelOh, and one more - don't forget to pay a council tax during the check-out - no one will notify you in advance about it
