  : In my opinion, the location was excellent. There were many restaurants around and small grocery store down the street.
  : We didn't know that we picked a smoking room (at least when I booked the hotel, the webpage didn't have an option). We don't smoke. My allergies were pretty bad at the time and my wife said she can smell cigarettes in the room. There were also 2 cigarette burn marks on the bathroom sink. 2 of our beds were very stiff and the kids bed was super bouncy. The one night we stayed, there was a family of 5 with 4 teenage kids and they just happened to be on our floor and were running up and down the hall for a good part of the night. There was someone bumping into the wall in the room next to us and we heard that for a little while. It was really noisy on the 4th floor. If wasn't so tired from driving 8 hours from Rome, I wouldn't have called the front desk to complain. Maybe another time I would revisit but this night wasn't my night.

  : My family and I stayed for three nights in this hotel. Everything was very nice, the staff was friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, towels changed every day and bottles of water left on the counter so that when we got back in the evening we could refresh ourselves. The connection to the city was pretty good. You just need to get tram number 14 and in 25 minutes you were right in front of the Duomo.

  : The room is very small and they made it a triple room by adding a third bed, so the space was tiny for 3. The same is in the bathroom, with a small bathtub which is also a shower but difficult to use. One of the windows was impossible to lock so the noise from the boulevard was inside the room. For a center trip you need to take a tram for about 1/2 hour. For a safe parking you need to pay and the car will be "buried" into the parking place without driver and impossible to take things from it. The value is less than the price you pay.
