  : Breakfast personnel was nice and professional.
  : It is always not nice to provide negative feedback, but the hotel is as good the worst feedback. Unfortunately, regarding this hotel, there is not enough room for me to list everything that should be improved, so I’ll list the main things you should know. The hotel is so old, that there isn’t modern European electricity blugs, so you CAN NOT charge e.g. your computer or other electrical devises (!) While trying to sort out this acute thing, you’ll waste hours of your time and be humiliated by the front desk personnel, who will not only laugh at you but on purpose will not help you! As the hotel is so poorly constructed, you can hear EVERYTHING from next rooms, as well as beneath, the same goes with the tram that runs through the night. Also, they will NOT PROVIDE you the receipt of your stay, that you might need for your own country bookkeeping purposes as you business travel and need your company name to the receipt, until another humiliation and intense discussion. Basically, if you want that everything is difficult and you seek to be treated with an un-cooperative manner, you might consider Palazzo Porta Romana, otherwise, with the bottom of my heart, I suggest you to select something else! I wanted to sort out these things with the Hotel Manager (rather than this public message), but you might already guess: They didn’t provide me the contact information. This is how they will treat, you no matter what the questions is!

  : Friendly and helpful staff. Available 24/7. Nice property and good location. Short walking distance to Il Duomo area and other sites. Beautify 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, though no microwave. Incredible breakfast with friendly wait staff. Convenient food store across the street. Close taxi ride to train station.

  : Location was convenient. Doors were open 24/7. Complementary toiletries were provided.
  : We were treated like second rate guests. We had to use the service elevator to reach our room, the room was advertised as a "Double room" but was two single beds and mattresses put together with a double sheet over them, meaning we fell through the middle throughout the night. The staff and other guests looked down on us and treated us like we weren't meant to be there.
