  : My room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and contained a nice size shower.
  : The booking process. On this trip, I stayed at 4 hotels. Since I have a left leg prosthetic, I need a shower bench or stool, that is my only request. Three of the four hotels were able to meet my reasonable accommodation. This hotel would not. I'm surprised neither Italian law nor the European Union permits this type of discrimination against people with a disability. Also, instead of a room on an upper floor, I had a room on the ground floor. This required, upon entering the building going up 2 or 3 steps, back down, up 2 or 3 and one or 2 more. They thought that would be better than taking an elevator to another floor and only dealing with the initial steps at entry. How much more sadistic could they be? I asked to use a pair of scissors and the answer was "no". I could bring the item to the front desk and use the scissors but not take the scissors to my room. The sink stopper wasn't working a couple of times. Asked where the nearest laundromat was located and encountered prostitutes there and back, close the hotel, didn't walk in that direction for the rest of my stay. While, I loved Milan and every thing I saw and did, I would not stay here again nor could I recommend this hotel. Hotel Florence Milano made me feel "persona non grata"

  : I have been provided a single bed but charged for double occupancy and twine beded room. Made complaints to booking .com and speak to hotel.but no action taken. They just kept blaming each other and played ping pong. Latterly cheated.

  : Good hotel with very friendly, nice and helpful staff. Decent breakfast at a good price. Location is good, close to milano centrale and 5min walk to metro for centre. Rooms cleaned very well.Cannot complain much at all
  : Not a dislike however no shower gel which would expect hotels to offer. Bed was a little firm but still comfortable - just preference of a softer bed.
