  : It was easy with wifi to collect the check in email and watch the video for how to open the lock, but the actual opening of the lock was challenging. The apartment was large with lots of space, and was very close to Duomo, shopping and food.
  : There were no instructions on how to use the keys, or how to use the locking doorknob once opened for the first time. One of the bathroom showers had a broken showerhead clip and you had to be careful not to get water all over the floor.

  : The staff were very difficult to communicate with (non responsive over 3 months), the apartment was dirty with broken items on arrival, difficult to access (even through prior communications), the system to open the door was faulty, the lift is a challenge (but this is typical Europe so no surprise), we were over charged a cleaning fee (9-12 beds) for a stay of 8 people using 6 beds.When Ive tried to follow up, no answer.If this was your absolute last resort Id still suggest sleeping in the park.

  : We stayed at Casa de suita end of August and got noted a few hours before arrival that the apartment we booked in city centre was not available. We got an 'upgrade' to another apartment which was located in China Town, about half an hour walk from city centre. The apartment itself was decent, however the drains in some of the rooms were obstructed and flooded when having a shower or brushing your teeth. The communication and reachability of the staff was very, very poor. No response at all in the booking.com app where we made our booking and also lack of response on the phone numbers and email address provided. One of us forgot clothing in one of the wardrobes and was till now, unsuccessful in reaching the organization in order to get her clothes back. I completely understand and emphasize with the poor ratings of this accommodation and would not recommend it for booking.
