  : We had a loft and basement room, the bed in the loft was super comfy! The basement bed wasnt as comfy but then it is a sofa bed so that is to be expected. The apartment was very clean, smelt quite heavily of bleach which is a bit of a problem for me as it can trigger my asthma, however, they werent to know that! Fabulous staff, we arrived before our check in time, our room wasnt ready but they did allow us to leave our bags and gave us access to another apartment so we could pop to the loo.. We were on the ground floor right next to the reception area, it was a bit noisy with people going up the steps and then the door banging shut. Also, as the floors are hard rather than carpet, noise from the apartment above can be quite loud. Having said that, I still had a great nights sleep. The apartments are conveniently located next to a tram stop.
