  : The connection to public transport is amazing. Both the metro and the tram are literally right in front of the hotel. Theee are also lots of shops and restaurants to explore and it’s close to the inner city while not having inner city prizes or noise. The balcony was huge. Not super clean, but if I had wanted a big balcony most of all I think I would have loved the room.
  : The ac worked okay once it had been on for a while, but the room never quite cooled down as much as it was supposed to. The fridge in the room was not plugged in at our arrival and did not cool down for ages.The bathroom door didn’t lock and had a slight gap you could look through even when fully closed. You could hear every single noise through it.The staff was rather unfriendly. Not actively rude, but very short and unhelpful. It felt like every time they had to do something because we asked them (like show us where we could leave our suitcases until we could check in) they were slightly annoyed by it.The hotel hallways were extremely small and we had to leave our suitcases in a corner literally everyone passed to get to their room, with no staff around to watch them, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I had never seen a hotel where you had to leave your bags THIS exposed if you needed to leave them for 1-2 hours.Getting to our room was a hassle too.You have to carry your suitcases up at least SOME stairs, but the elevator that you do eventually reach is very old and will only move if the last person who used it closes its doors on the inside. Which had not been done by the person who was there before us, so we had to carry our suitcases to the 4th floor where the elevator was, since the hotel is on the 6th floor. If you have more than a cabin bag - perhaps a larger suitcase - you‘ll have a lot of trouble fitting yourself and the luggage into the elevator. It fits 2 people, maybe 3 if you cuddle.They lock the door which leads to the hotel at night, but the room key doesn‘t fit the door.Noone informed us of this, and all the written instructions around the door are in italian only. I presume one of them told us to ring the doorbell and which one to ring (since there are also apartments in the building) but I wouldn‘t know, I had to guess.Worst part: The pillows were flat AND super hard. They felt like torture devices and gave me a tension headache.
