  : The location was great. We traveled by car through Italy and needed a place with parking. While the on-site parking was full, we found a spot on the street right in front of hotel. It was free from 8pm till 8am which worked out great for us. We took a bus to Venice Island. The bust stop in a block away from the hotel and it dropped you off right at the center. The bus also runs past midnight (the night service is N1) as we got back into hotel at 2am. It is very safe area. The coffee shop is around the corner that serves good breakfast. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and kind. Overall, for one night, this hotel served its purpose.
  : The hotel room is very small and tight. The hotel is old but the room is updated. The air-conditioning took a while to kick in. Bathroom had some mold around the wall in the shower.

  : The woman working at the front was wonderful. Breakfast was also really great. The location is convenient. It was easy to travel to and from. Highly suggest grabbing a cab instead of walking with all your luggage.
  : The location was awful. Rough neighborhood clearly with nefarious folks loitering. The room size was ample, but the little standalone AC and oscillating fan did nothing to manage the hot, muggy room. Could not sleep while sweating.

  : Really tiny room and bathroom (especially shower could use few square foots more), tiny balcony was shared with some other room, it was challenging to find hotel parking space and park there with bigger car.

  : Breakfast was very late, starting at 8:10 if you got lucky to be in the first group. Second group starts at 9 am

  : This was the cheapest hotel on our ten day trip to Italy. Excellent value for money, room, hotel near the station, from which it is easy and quick to get to the Grand Canal. Breakfast is wonderful!
