  : + Great Location + Nice room decor and comfy beds + were provided with recommendations on things to do, places to eat etc via whatsapp
  : - Understandably that this Relais is within an old building however air conditioner appeared recent and wasn't working properly - it was noisy at times during the night and did not cool properly. At over Euro 250/night expected better - The entrance and stairs to the Relais smelled really bad and the lift was rarely used as was dirty - check-in hours are limited to 2pm-5pm - windows are not soundproofed probably due to the old characteristics of the building - it gets very noisy during the night, you can hear people talking and garbage trucks during the early hours

  : The location is excellent.
  : The photos were not representative of the room in reality. The finish was more tired, particularly the bathroom, which was also poorly lit. Walls were scuffed and the whole thing just looked like it needed a deep clean/freshen up.

  : The on-site staff was very helpful and very responsive to questions. The location of the property was excellent and central to activities in the city.
  : The sink drain was clogged and the towel drying rack seemed to be not working.

  : Everything was neat and tidy. The room itself was quite spacious. The location was exceptional - we were moments away from the Duomo and very close to other sights. The front desk was very warm and friendly towards us. They provided very handy tips and other information - they were key to our comfortable stay.

  : The location was excellent - the building entry is old century . Be aware if travelling with suitcases to reach the elevator you need to walk 2 floors up to reach an elevator which only fits 1 person and 1 suitcase . Very old looking stairs and elevator . Not pleasant entry to the building. You need to order a bell boy a day before to take or bring the suitcases up or down - This hotel holds only 9 rooms the rooms are very clean . Teresa at the front desk was very good and attentive and accommodating and made our stay very pleasant aside the entry to the building . Even helped us to bring up and down our luggages . Its Arb more then hotel settings . Lights on timers when you come in its dark and then you need to find light switch on to find to switch the lights on - used our cell lights to find switch. There are full time residents leaving on the lower floors . We travel with multiple suitcases this is not an ideal place for it .
  : The entry and the building very old not pleasant experience. Not a hotel setting . Would definitely be not our first choice . If it wasnt for Teresa in front desk help it would of been nightmare . She was excellent.
