  : The location was absolutely perfect, a few minutes walking to any point of interest. The old 13th century building was very interesting, even with the steep stairs. Nice decorations too.We were allowed an early checkin.
  : Every morning at 8 am the renovation works started in the building.Living room lightening was too dim

  : Easy check in and informative, friendly host. Great central location. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need for a self-catering break.

  : Location of apartment is excellent in the middle of the town. About 15-20min walk from central station and near all touristic places on walking distance. We were with multiple families staying in different apartments in the same building. This is a great solution. Apartment is clean, nabohurghood is safe.
  : We were on the 4th level which is long climb with a heavy suite case. Our apartment is in front of street side, for light sleepers could be noisy but for us no problem. During booking was not clear which level apartment was going to book. Also which photos belongs to which apartment was not clear. Could be clearer in my opinion.

  : Great location, very close to many good restaurants and attractions. Incredibly close to the Uffizi and Duomo. Friendly staff. Large bedroom.
  : Bathroom is very small, dark and cramped. Clean, but not a pleasant bathroom. Kitchen lacked some basic supplies. This apartment is a fourth floor walk up, no elevator.

  : Apartment is in heart of historic centre, great view, everything you need: big rooms, two showers, two toilets, a lot of towels. Great location and communication, thank you!
  : A little bit noisy at night in one bedroom on the street side, but we had good sleep.First day in apartment was nice smell - lavender or something, towels, beds smelled too, more we stayed at the apartment, more smell becomes annoying, makes a headache, so we just opened all the windows, and put all the lavender stuff away.

  : Location is the only great part of this stay. Everything in central Florene is in walking distance. Lots of food, shopping, sightseeing nearby and a really fun area. Even a laundry facility is nearby. IF you young backpackers this is the place for you. If you are a family keep looking. The kitchen was accommodating and a good size.
  : Where do I begin? 83 steps to the third floor with no elevator and extremely small hallways. Had to haul our larger luggage up with 2 people as there is no room to carry it beside you. NOT WHAT WE RENTED. We got to the apartment it was nothing compared to the photos advertises. WE were told they have a lot of apartments, and they pick one for you. GOOD LUCK!! MY wife could only go down and up once a day. First day checked in about 1pm she stayed in the apartment the rest of the day. The Bathroom is very clean but small (very small) literally one person at a time. With 4 people it was a challenge. There were no views and the windows had very limited daylight. Again, not what we expected at all. The cost sounded great when we booked but not worth the experience.
