  : I loved that it's so close to the center and the view of the room was amazing. I could just leave the bar downstairs and open the giant door of the building and amaze all the people in the bar
  : The single room was too small, even though almost the same price as the double rooms which I haven't seen inside of them. The shower is too small that you can't move around much, and I'm a tiny person. The breakfast was not good! And they start super late (7:45) and you have to decide when you check in if you want the early shift or later. Also, they don't mention it here, but check in is not 24hrs, and reception leaves at 8pm so make sure to ask what you might need before then. They "cleaned" my room by just doing the bed, not even changing the towels and I couldn't ask for towels because I got there out of business hours.

  : great location wise and the 2 staff that clean and give breakfast are sweet
  : black mold looking stuff on the ceiling of the bathroom. I sent a WhatsApp twice asking what this was.1) light keeps flickering constantly2) There are unfilled holes everywhere in the walls, from AC unit to decor to bathroom3) We told them day one safe was not working and he brought us a small safe that was supposed to be fixed to the wall the next day: NEVER happened. We walked around Florence with our documents in our pockets4) They have one steamer on the property, we asked for an iron, got a steamer a day later and then it disappeared again6) We tried the hair dryer one day and it blew the fuse, luckily Mr Gil, the person who makes breakfast, was available and fixed it for us7) Had to wait 2 days for the light over the medicine cabinet to be replaced in bathroom8) ac leaking in breakfast area so be careful when you reach for the bakery items!I can go on and on. There is cheap plastic furniture in the room, a hastily put together clothes stand etc etcWe tried finding a place to move to but could find nothing at such a short notice

  : The entrance needs to be cleaned up and well lit inside. The air-conditioning was dripping and making mold on part of the ceiling. Instructions need to be written for the safe..

  : The location was great and the view of the Duomo was amazing. Staff was nice and accommodating and was helpful when we needed them!
  : The room was a little small and there wasn't a chair in it, which we would have appreciated. The breakfast wasn't particularly good and the amenities, mainly that there wasn't water in the room or offered, as most hotels of their caliber did, was disappointing.
