  : The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed with one exception. There was an electric tea kettle but no coffee maker. Otherwise the kitchen was very well stocked. We slept very good and loved the location! Our host, Albena, met us when we arrived and was very helpful in getting us settled in. She went over a map of Florence with us to get us started.
  : It was very reasonably priced for what we got and a lovely apartment. No complaints!

  : The location was ideal - just a block from the Duomo. Walking distance from all of Florence's wonderful attractions. Our host was extremely accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags a few hours after check-out, which helped us out a lot!

  : Location was very good and walking distance to main sights. Just beside the duomo and about 20 mins walk from the train station. It was like staying in someones apartment and the host was really helpful.
  : There were people checking in or out or walking around which woke us up at about 130 am. It was very noisy. The apartment I stayed was on the second floor, the ceiling in the living area was wooden and it sounded like people were stomping on the upper floors. Due to the location you could also hear people talking or moving around. The pillows were hard and not comfortable.

  : Close to the duomo and everywhere.The place was clean and spaciousSupermarket just a block away.The bedroom has a comfortable bed and there is. a wall bed that can come down to lie flat in the living room. The apartment can fit a family of 4 , a couple with 2 children.
  : We booked at No. 3 but were taken by the friendly owner to another address a block away on the same street at No. 9. It is still close to the Duomo and was told by the owner it is a bigger place, no other reason given. Is that the norm ? No chance for me to compare the apartments. Just took his word for that. The shower tray plastic linning the wall joints does not seal properly and water leak out to the outside floor during the shower.

  : Position, position, position, clean, spacious & amazing heating. Great host who was super friendly & helpful.
  : A few things that should be mentioned when booking, also some general maintenance that could use attention. Specifically booked apartment for washing machine/tumble dryer that was clearly stated in booking.com at time of booking. No tumble dryer available for use whatsoever. Host did provide drying rack when queried & clothes dry within 1.5 days due to wonderful heating. Woukd have been a problem if wed washed on last day though. Safe in room stuck in open position & just said had been that way for some time & they dont know how to fix. Subsequently read another review for another safe stuck in locked position in another apartment with same comment from host. Double sliding shower screen on bathtub had only 1 screen making it impossible to have a decent shower as would completely flood bathroom - new screen required. Only option was to use hand shower that had extremelyPoor pressure..showering not enjoyable as a result of this. Full disclosure if all flaws should be hosts responsibility so customer can decide whether the right accom for them or not. Id still recommend property as everything else was good but non functioning shower was definitely an issue.
