  : The location is amazing - really pretty and taxi ride or walk away from Elounda and Plaka. The staff at this property are really friendly and helpful - Mike especially. We were staying there to meet with family and Mike upgraded our room and made sure we were next door to our family. He also helped with recommendations on where to eat and organised us taxis. The terrace of our room was really lovely, spacious and had a great view. For what we paid it did the job for a one night stay.
  : The hotel rooms were quite dated and there was quite a strong smell of foist in our room. The hairdryer didnt work and all the electrics were exposed in the bathroom. The size of the pool was great and looked lovely but it was full of bugs so needed a good clean. With a bit of TLC this hotel could be amazing.

  : Location was great, overlooking the bay and a sea view was worth it for sure.Pool was clean and larger than expected. Staff very attentive and pleasant.
  : No hot water in the room, with the management shrugging their shoulders stating thats how it is if someone has used it all by the time you shower. Well, it was the same every day and Im an early riser, so that is not the case, more like minimal settings and timings on the heating to save money is the likelihood. Pool bar is under stocked, so a lazy day by the pool couldnt be enjoyed without compromise.Rooms are okay but poor facilities and bed quality lets them down. No kettle, small fridge on the floor, no warm or hot water to shower injust the fundamentals need to be better.

  : The best part of this room was the sunrise! Beautiful view. Rooms are basic but comfortable, mini fridge was great for cold water and fruit. Good location in a quiet area of Elounda. I was only there for 12 hours as i was travelling for work, but i would go back!

  : The breakfast was quite good und the staff who did what they could do in the situations and they were really helpful and tried to help us in every way.
  : The photos in the booking.com page was not nearly accurate as it was then. We told them and they did offer us to change the room - turned out we firstly didn't even get the room we booked but they assigned us the cheapest one. So we changed the room and we then got the room we purchased and I have to again say that it wasn't the room in the photos as I can quote them "We can't give you the room as it is already booked". The newer room we then got was full dusty, had centipedes and spiders all over the room; it felt like in a jungle there. Next is we stayed around 5 nights there in which 3 days we didn't have warm water. The whole so called "village" was a pure construction site (and here I have to say that one pool with the nice view from the picture was empty because it was defective and they didn't tell us from any of that). So we had to shower cold everytime, but then our toilet didn't flush for 2 days as we didn't have water in the toilet so we had to get the water in the toilet reservoir via the shower-head. And lastly there were opened snack-packages in the drawers and a used towel as we arrived there. Overall we did just stay in there for our nights, but it was all other than pleasent. The staff gave us a wine bottle and 20 discount as a compensation, but for 5 nights, this is clearly not enougj. I would never recommend this hotel as there are I would pay a little extra money for other hotels to not stay in here. I also set-up a view images for proof.
