  : It was close to some attractions ie Turia Gardens, City of Arts, Aquarium, etc. The housekeepers do a great job! They always had our room spotless! Lunch that is served from the bar in the lobby was lovely and should be tried if peckish.
  : On arrival we were advised that the swimming pool would be closed until April. Luckily we were on the 7th floor where the pool is located and we were able to see that it was actually open. Cant understand why we were told it was going to be closed and due to this missed a full day there. The swimming pool is all deep end as well so bare in mind if you cant swim or have kids. There was no kettle for a coffee or a tea or there was no possibility to get an iron. Instead you had to pay for the ironing to be done for you which was disappointing. The TV needs updating, the Wi-Fi was poor and I wouldnt like to stay in the room peak summer with the air con provided.

  : Location, staff very friendly and helpful.
  : Room temperature very hot and very uncomfortable. We requested the temperature to be lower down in our room and nothing happened. Really frustrating

  : Pool very deep and small walls are thin can hear other rooms easily could do it an update looks dated however it its clear this is more of a business than a leisure hotel
