  : The check in is late but as we arrived early they let us have the room 30 mins before.The additional breakfast at 18 euros had plenty of variety but be careful the omelette saw the eggs undercooked and it was inedible.
  : The pool saw an attendant let too many boisterous big groups which saw me as a swimmer need to vacate the pool. Also seriously lacking loungers.We had an adjoining room, locked, as we didn't know the guests next door...they were very young and spent both nights we were there coming in at 4.30am! Loudly!

  : Absolutely loved the hotel , breakfast was incredible, room was fantastic , great location , welcoming staff at front desk
  : The roof top terrace experience really disappointed, we were not allowed to move chairs to sit insun and also when I asked to see the menu I was sat at a table that didn’t serve food so could not order , disappointment with the flexibility to accommodate customers

  : This is not a 5 star hotel. Looks old, beds aren’t comfortable, furniture old, pool too small for the quantity of guests that the hotel has. Hotel is not soundproof, too much noise from cars and people during the night. Wouldn’t repeat it.

  : The location was ok. The rooms are in good size. The bathroom is big enough. The furniture is ok in the second room they moved us to. The bed was comfortable enough.
  : The first room they gave us smelled like it was a smoking room although it was a nonsmoking floor! So I had to ask them to change it for me which they did. The furniture was very old and damaged. The bed ruffles were dirty. The AC was too noisy. In the second room all the above was better but the AC was the same noisy loud noise when on. The room next door was too noisy which I can hear them as if they were in my room!!!! Which was so annoying! So I do not recommend that you accept a connecting room at all!!! I did take some pics of the things I mentioned and wanted to share them here, but I decided not to because the second room I was moved to was better. To be honest, out of my long and many experiences in hotels, I would not rate this hotel as 5* and to be fair to other 5* hotels, I think this should be a 4* hotel only and this is my personal opinion.

  : I liked the room layout, very spacious, bathroom separated from room by two sets of doors, so good for privacy. Lovely view. Staff were generaly friendly/helpful, and the breakfast was good, On the other hand: There is a distinct sewage smell coming into the bathroom and room, most likely from the waste pipes. While the bathroom was very well cleaned, the bedsheets were unfortunatley not. The AC started making a loud rattling noise the second day we were there, The wi-fi really doesn't work inside the room. The "Business centre" is situated in the open reception hall, so not great for trying to get work done or do online meetings. In-room safe was broken too, and the window curtains are not black-out. All a bit surprising in a 5* hotel.
