  : Very clean and very good located at 5 minutes from City of Arts and Science. The room service is cleaning the rooms every day, changing towels and arranging the bed. ❤️Shower cabin very spacious. A lot of power plugs in the room.
  : The spa was closed during our stay but no one send us a short message to tell us. Most probably we would have changed our reservation and we chosen another hotel with spa center. In the room, the window is not closing very well and you hear all the sounds from the street during the night. In the bathroom, a support for towels felt down when we took the towel on it :D It looks that they are spending time only to clean the room, not verifying the functionality too :DThe bathroom has no window and no ventilation :D Is very difficult to refresh the air there. The lift is coming veeeeery slow. In one morning I've wait 15 minutes to come one of the 3 elevators and, when it comes, gone up in the opposite direction I ordered for :))The bed is moving with the guests :))). The bed has wheels but no breaks, so that with each sitting the bed moves a little towards the center of the room :D
