  : Terrible service and fake rooms! First when we arrived, our code to enter the building was incorrect, so we couldnt enter! The room which we saw on the pictures and we booked it and payed for it doesnt exist!!! They are cheating people! Instead of a nice speacious room with two big windows we got a very small room with only bed squeezed, small window. This room was very dark and depressing. We claimed it and the manager of the place laughed at me and didnt understand what is the problem and she said that they dont show the real rooms on booking.com! On the top of this situation, the room was very dirty, there was someones hair in bathroom everywhere! I claimed it first in the booking com chat but no one replied till now. The. In the morning I went to the cleaning lady and showed her this mess and still no one came to clean it. I highly recommend you to stay away of this place even to location is ok.

  : The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Small kitchen in the common area with fridge and microwave.
  : The window was looking at the wall, so almost no natural light. No safe storage for luggage, so we needed to use the one at the train station.

  : Since I arrived the air conditioner was not working and I reported it. Just the night before I left it worked. I spent 3 nights of 4 without it. The hotel did not gave me another room just told me I had to wait until the problem was solved. The hotel charged my entire stay when I did the check in, so going to another hotel never was an option.
