  : Beautiful panoramic views and very comfortable suites in a picturesque facility All the staff were really helpful and friendly. Perfect location if you want to stay somewhere quiet Lovely hotel and lovely location (although a little far away). Walking to one of the beautiful beaches in Ibiza. Secluded from the city, very quiet, suitable for families and non-party guests. The pool area was also nice and you can spend all day.
  : The advertisement is for an apartment but this is a hotel, Far from supermarkets, restaurants and other facilities on the island. The only thing I would prefer is for it to be a little closer to a village. But again you can't have it all. But we know that and rent a car.

  : We had a wonderful stay here, the staff in reception and the restaurant were super friendly and helpful, the location and views are beautiful, the rooms are a little dated (but should be renovated for next season), but they were very clean and comfortable. The beds were really comfortable and the linen and towels were of high quality and very comfortable too. The atmosphere and energy in the place was super good and positive and we loved the cosy and intimate feel. We'll definitely recommend and hope to return here again

  : Please dont waste your money by staying here. We were so disappointed in our stay. This property acts like a luxury establishment, but its truly shocking. For context, last year we stayed at Petunia (next door to this hotel) and WOW - that is true luxury. Go there instead! Firstly, the service was terrible. The rooms are only serviced (i.e. beds made) every few days. Even on our second night, we had to argue with reception to get our room done! Youd expect your bed to be made in any hotel, let alone a very expensive one like this. This also meant no new coffee, water etc. Whilst we booked an apartment style room with cooking facilities, the room did not have any cooking equipment (pots, pans etc), meaning we had to ask reception, who reluctantly brought us some. However, there was no cleaning equipment, meaning we couldnt wash up. Knowing that the rooms do not get serviced means that we had to leave the dirty pans in our room, until we finally were given some cleaning equipment and told to wash up ourselves. Ultimately when the cleaners came into our room, they cleaned the pans for us. Youll feel trapped staying at this hotel. The remote location can be appealing, however you cannot access taxis - this meant we missed our dinner reservations (even when we booked cabs 1hr in advance and waited the fullHour) and had to stay at the hotel. They have the same menu every day (lunch and dinner - all same menu) which youll be forced into as there is no other option. Terrible breakfast 35 per person - again a very sneaky tactic because the owners know you cannot go anywhere else. When we got to the pool at 9am, there were still cigarette buts, wine glasses and wet towels left from the night before. We ended up clearing the items ourselves as it was gross to sit in. Overall youd expect luxury from the price, but this hotel is all about the outer aesthetic, and completely lacks any level of service. Please do not waste your money.

  : We stayed at this place a lot before it was renovated. Cala carbo is just so nice and pretty. The check in was very nice. Nice guy. Could go in the room already early which was amazing.
  : We got a room, it was more a closet. The toilet smelled very bad and if you would brush your teeth you look in the toilet. Also the door from the bathroom was not even a door. It was a sliding thing that was almost to dirty to touch it. On our last morning there was a woman taking care of the check out etc. She really interrupted us and other guests who just arrived and had their breakfast. She was asking for payments and pasports. After we checked out and my husband was on the phone by the pool she came again interrupting if we had paid, which we did. She was not very kind and seemed tired. Then the breakfast of 35 euros, that was extremely priced for what they offered. No croissants, no yoghurt. Same cheese every day. You could taste it was locally produced but still it was way overpriced.

  : View, grounds, staff were exceptional. Especially the host/managers- I can't say enough. We originally had a tower room, my wife had fainting issues during the travel, and we were concerned with the stairs in this room, and the size. The manager moved us to an apartment room the next day, (one level w/ 2 bathrooms)... and it exceeded our expectations..
  : The kitchen in the tower room is very, very small.. the kitchen in the apartment was just right, but there were no cooking pots or pans. We had to ask for this and cutting knife. No cutting board.. I think this kitchen should be supplied with at least some basic essentials. However, again, the host / management came through and provided us the basics we needed. We did have the breakfast one morning during our visit, and it was fabulous... but too pricy for every day..
