  : The rooms were great, very comfy beds and pillows. The bathroon was a little small and I couldn't get the shower as hot as I would have liked. The breakfast was amazing I really don't think you could have asked for anything else to be served and the pool area was fantastic as well. All the staff were courteous and attentive.

  : The rooms are fantastic, lots of space and beds are really comfortable. The resort is really pretty and the lobby is great.
  : The breakfast is terrible, everything is cold and there are flies on the fruit. The service at both the breakfast and restaurant for lunch is terrible considering the price for a start and main meal I would have expected a lot better. Waited for 45 minutes for sushi. Service at the pool was equally as bad. Location is extremely isolated and cannot get taxis easily. Definitely need a car if staying here.

  : Pool area was very spacious and the spa very modern and well equipped. Choices at breakfast were excellent even for a fussy vegan.
  : Upon arrival after a 1.5hr wait in Reception we were informed that the Laguna Room which we had booked and paid for was not available. Eventually we were told we would be upgraded to a Garden Pool Suite, when the paperwork arrived it had the wrong names and addresses on it, resulting in another delay. When we saw the size of the bathroom and the bedroom we asked to be moved the following morning. The first Duty Manager on Friday 17 May just said there was no other rooms available, even after we stated that we didnt need more living/kitchen area or a pool/garden just a bigger bathroom. We were staying at the resort as our daughter was getting married and we are both in our sixties and need more space. Not satisfied with this answer and the help of my daughter-in-law we spoke to another Duty Manager later in the morning who said we could view the Laguna Room which they would arrange to be cleaned for us. This never happened as suddenly there was a technical problem. We were then offered a larger suite but at a discounted price, which we felt was completely wrong. We bought probably 40 guests with us to this hotel and felt totally let down. We spent the 4 days we were there using a bathroom the size of a lift with the only mirror, a really poor layout. Not acceptable in a 5 star hotel and we felt we received very poor customer service.
