  : The daytime activities were good for the kids & Jose the sports coach was really good with my boys.The retreat is really good & all the staff are amazing.Great place to stay.Food is good, plenty of options.Access to a great beach direct from the hotel
  : The evening entertainment should be every night.The main swimming pool should be open later, closes at 18.30.They should put some lighting & music on after the shows in the main bar instead of leaving everyone in the dark (as if they should leave??)

  : The beach. The staff in the main restaurant were friendly and genuinely welcoming.
  : I have never stayed in a room so dirty and badly equipped for a 4 star hotel, we had visibly dirty sheets, no pillow covers or duvet covers on the bedding. A waterproof mattress that was urine and faeces stained and clearly hadnt been washed between guests. The room was a family suite for 4 of us, we were given two small towels, one with holes in and no bedding for the children. The sofa bed that the children were expected to sleep on was stained and not even made up into beds, other families told us that theirs were. Both TVs in the suite had no signal on every channel. There was rubbish left over from previous guests on our bathroom floor. We were told that as we were checking out early we could leave our bags in reception to be cared for and a room would be provided for a shower. To our shock the area for our bags wasnt a safe place, it was just the open reception of the hotel. The room we were given to shower was a dirty guest room, the toilet was blocked, their were dirty towels piled up on the floor and the shower itself full of hair, sand and complete with a used bar of soap. This was raised with staff on reception who did not appear particularly interested. Thankfully this was just a one night stay, if these issues had arisen earlier in the day then I would have checked straight out and not even stayed one night,especially after seeing the sheets. We have stayed here before a few years ago and it was clean and friendly then. I travel frequently for work and can definitely say this should not longer be a 4 star hotel.
