  : After a wonderful stay last year we went back again. The scenery is simply amazing, with the view on Es Vedra. I also loved the pilates class in the morning. However, the service this year has really dissappointed us and is not 5 star. It's in the little details. Yoghurt out of stock for breakfast, having to sit on another table because it was made for 3pers, long wait to get a room to take a shower before leaving, having to pay the full amount to take our breakfast as picnic on a hike (while the breakfast was included). Staff was friendly but seemed like they didn't have the authority to make any decisions, which made it impossible for them to give a great experience. We learned the hotel was taken over by a bigger brand so I guess this can explain the change versus last year. I really hope the service will bounce back to what it was before because the location and design is so great.

  : The room availability time far later than 4 pm as check in time. The room was really not as the photos shared on booking. Com, Btw, roll was very close to staff location with noise.The hotel proposed to upgrade for a suite but the photos is a lie! We upgrade for a suite with sea view and finally, at 6 pm, we get the worst view on the back office location. A nightmare. We mentioned that it was for honey moon but nothing has been done even if they replied to our multiple exchange To is really a shame with such a location and friendly staff

  : From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The staff is so kind and considerate they all go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The food and drinks were wonderful and the room was heavenly. Just a wonderful hotel.
  : We loved everything but gentle feedback: the late night menu should be extended to include food people will really want to enjoy late night. Think sandwiches and crisps if you don't want to cook. Having to pay a 15 delivery fee on that is excessive. I'd also get some adaptors to have at the hotel if guests forget theirs. You could even sell or rent some!

  : Stunning property, it was intimate yet spacious. The view of Es Vedra is unmatched. The rooms were large, clean and had great toiletries. The pool was beautiful and the staff were so friendly, attentive and kind. During our stay, they offered yoga, an outdoor movie, and live music. We also worked with the team to charter a boat to Formentera which was all inclusive and we would highly recommend. All in all, we cant wait to go back to Petunia.
  : The only thing to keep in mind is the property is off the beat and path, quite dark at night to get to and hard to get a taxi from. It is recommended you have a car rental if you plan to spend a fair amount of time away from the property as it can be challenging to get a taxi from there in a timely manner. I also wish the staff were more comfortable in their uniforms, you could see how hot they were having to wear long pants and t-shirts. I think if they had the option to wear a nice pair of shorts, breathable polo and open shoes/sandals, they would be so much more comfortable and even more attentive!
