  : It wasnt a type of hotel I would stay in.I was in a rush to find a cheap hotel for 1 night and didnt read up enough about the hotel.Perhaps booking for com should highlight the type of hotel is on the main page instead of having to read all the the description to find out.Basically Im a married with a wife and 4 children. All I can add is maybe it would have been a laugh to have experienced a night in THAT type of hotel

  : The management and staff here were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and the midday checkout really helped! There was a friendly atmosphere around the pool, which had good and varied music playing during the day.
  : The hotel is conveniently located in central San Antonio and as such, the City View room reflects that. Id opt for the Pool View room on another visit.

  : Every year, I take my partner on vacation for his birthday. The big part of our holidays is how the hotels have always helped plan a surprise birthday cake and champagne- this little gesture, even though I pay for it, is the most beautiful thing he likes. This is is the first year in 5 years that didnt happen. Because no one in Purple hotel cares about it. I emailed. I went to the reception twice. Nothing. So out of frustration, I stopped and had to arrange a last minute stuff with a bar at the beach. This is the smallest thing anyone could ask of a hotel branded as a safe space for LGBTIQ community. Its unbelievable. Its the little thing. Then the location. Be upfront with your guests that this is not in Ibiza. This hotel is 30 minutes drive from Ibiza. Nothing gay about it aside the purple color. I have no issue with that but let your guests know upfront. In all of this, Im most grateful to the staff on ground who could do nothing about anything.

  : The staff was GREAT, especially Gian Luca - he is the sweetest! Amazing location, they provide a private "restaurant" and the food is VERY good for their prices. They also provide clean beach towels, beach umbrellas, etc. Super nice :)
  : Room cleaning could improve, besides this everything is good!
