  : Pool and staff was great
  : The room we got, I booked rock plus room to get a view of the pool party, but the room was right in the corner of the block. It was hard to see anything and it was not worth the money. It shouldn't be rock plus room.

  : Location (long ish walk or quick taxi to main events like ocean beach/cafe mambo), the hype what would be in the summer but we went mid October when it was closing so like a ghost town
  : Everything else! this hotel is purely just for the hype I really do think you have to be a 19 year old kiddy bopper to enjoy this. As a travel agent I know how hotels should be and the very basic is clean and comfortable. my dogs bed would have been comfier than that bed of concrete. The air con was something straight out of the 1950s sounding like a plane taking off. We went in mid October and just that sheet was not enough I was shivering in bed. The bathroom had rust on the floor, bugs in the sink and the rooms are just so basic. The actual hotel was an absolute s#+t hole paint all scraped off and dirty drink cups left anywhere I know it was closing after this week but surely they would still clean? Staff couldnt really give a dam about you although the shop and reception staff were nice. I think the older you get the nicer things in life you appreciate so as a 27 year old this hotel has had its days, go to Wi-Ki-Woo instead much classier.
