  : Responsiveness and friendly reception at 3.30 am! Our flight was very delayed so we had to wake up the hotel staff in the middle of the night (as agreed). Overall the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great, particularly around the pool, terrace, bar and reception. I loved the left over sun cream and toiletries left by earlier guests, nice touch and the free pool table. There were loads of free sunbeds, everything had recently been refurbished and everything was immaculate.
  : The beds were uncomfortable with only one pillow each and the hairdryer was broken. However a replacement hairdryer was provided.

  : Rooms were clean and spacious, large balcony area, bath and shower facilities. Hair dryer included. Towels available for pool area if needed. Location easy access to shops etcPool and bar area was fabulous and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Oh and air con was freezing!! This was great when walking back from beach etc.
  : A toaster could have been useful, perhaps some outdoor chairs and table for the balcony, we used the kitchen chairs (this was fine) very minor point!

  : Pool, sun bathing chairs, pool table and swings very esthetic
  : Stayed for 6 days didnt get any sheets changed. Please beware, I dont know if its San Antonio itself or the bedding, but we all left the hotel and Ibiza itself bitten everywhere, cant really see if its bedbugs or mosquitos. Either way very friendly service

  : Liked location..its residental, so quiter area. Good for kids and night sleep.Nice smiley and polite receptionists..ladies at bar. Felt very welcomed. They looked after us well.Not far walks from beaches and port. ..close local supermarketsLiked room with look to pool and a hill with chapel. Kids enjoyed pool and swings and pool table as well
