  : Our group of six girls had a disappointing stay at Apartments Poniente Playa. Despite booking in advance, we were shocked to discover that there was only enough hot water for one shower, one of us even had a cold shower before we found out about this situation. When we raised this issue, the staff's solution was for us to use the downstairs shower room. The staff even admitted that our room was not suitable for 6 people to take a shower with hot water.Adding insult to injury, we found dog poop in the hallway one day, a shocking and unsanitary surprise. Additionally, the ongoing construction next door from 8 am onwards made it impossible for us to sleep in, a detail conveniently omitted during the booking process.To top it off, the so-called coffee machine is not a machine, and the absence of an iron was an inconvenience. Overall, our experience was marred by a lack of hot water, cleanliness issues, noise disturbance, and inadequate amenities. We won't be recommending or returning to this establishment.

  : The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. The location was also ok with parking nearby
  : The apartment was cleaned 1 time during the first 5 days. After that we complaint and it was clean one more time. The building is quite old. They were doing some renovations but didnt care much about the guests. There were hammers and machine at 9am.

  : Nice decor, good use of space with 2 toilets, 2 showers and a lovely 'getting ready' area which my daughter particularly appreciated, perfect for a group booking. Charming staff and well appointed for local restaurants etc... good communication prior to visit. Very good value for money I thought.
  : Was a little unsure about when room would be cleaned as no Do not disturb/ready for cleaning sign, so a little hit and miss here, but that was probably partly due to our unpredictable movements and something that could be ironed out easily. Could possibly get a bit noisy in full season, however that's the price you pay for very central location. We didn't use sofa beds, not sure how comfortable they would have been, but those are my only comments as I think this is a really good little find! ,
