  : The cleaner was really friendly and cleaning well. I the reason I put 2 otherwise would have been 1.
  : No air conditioning. They gave us only one fan. It was so dusty there was no air coming through. Asked for replacement and brought me a broken one. I eventually gave up and went and bought one that I left in the hotel as a gift to them for this bad service. They have a really nice area that could have been an all day cafe/cocktail bar or restaurant at midday or evening, but was the whole time closed was only open for breakfast. So if I wanted to eat something I had to go out which was weird tbh. The couch was completely filthy. Not sure if it was second hand, but that couch has not been cleaned for many many years. Then they provide kitchen worktop, hub, toast, coffee machine, boiler, BUT they dont provide the basic liquid to wash the plates or mugs or glasses, sponge and kitchen towel to dry them!!! That whole thing was so weird. Either dont provide any of that, or provide the full range to be functional and be able to use them. The kitchen chairs are one of the most uncomfortable Ive tried so far. The curtain rail fall down while trying to open them. I had to insist to fix it same day as they initially said next day, because the light was coming in and we wouldnt be able to sleep. In general, everything was low quality, super cheap, without consideration of how everything would work and come into place to increase the experience of the guests. Looked like a hotel that started with big potentials, but now poorly managed, or they ran out of money while building it and now they provide just the basic in the worst way they can. And is time they put air conditioning!!! You DONT want to be there during a Calima (hot air from Sahara dessert) where temp reaches 31 degrees!! In summary, until they really take things seriously in this hotel, stay away.. for your own good..

Disappointing

  : I stayed here twice before but this stay will be my last. I object to the receptionist (who was unfriendly in any case) refusing entry to the hotel to a friend of mine who was coming to my room for a beer at 19.00 before we went out. This is absurd and there is no good reason to stop this, except prejudice and homophobia. I had friends staying at the Bohemia and Rui five star hotels and there was no problem in these hotels visiting my friends.
  : If you were in prison, you would be allowed visitors, but not at this hotel. Lol.
