  : Nice location, seems to be brand new, nice evening program for those who like big hotels, restaurant with big choice for dinner, clearly staff is making a big effort to satisfy different needs and wishes, this we really appreciated a lot. Staff at reception very helpful. Location is great, near everything needed- entertainment, beaches, restaurants, etc. Very convenient with parking and it is free, of course you have to come not too late in the afternoon to find a place in front of hotel partking because it is public one. We have not used entertainment facilities, but they seemed to be many in particular for kids. What was amazing for kids is gummies during breakfast and dinner:) small detail but so nice!
  : The hotel unfortunately suffers from the same illnesses like other massive hotels: lack of attention to details (except the restaurant), no empty sunbeds at the pool, we managed to use pool only one day basically as everything is occupied by many people. It is pitty the hotel does not have a policy that one cannot occupy the sun bed and not use it, so if you come later, all of them are taken but half not used, reminds of old times in Turkish hotels. If you come to pool after beach in the afternoon, there are no clean towels at the pool, incredible! Some disrepancies between the description of facilities and reality (e.g. Safety box in description is included while hotel charges 3 euros per day for it claiming that there is booking.com fault about mistaken description, a shame to charge such thing when one week for the room is almost 2,500 eur). These are small things which can easily be improved but they spoil completely the image of the hotel, which needs to be transparent about what it provides and what not. The pool bar simply terrible. For such standard not to have shampoo in the room is also strange. Be aware that there is a big difference what you see in photos and in reality in terms of UP rooms/facilities in the upper floors and everything else. The beautiful swimming pool and sunbeds on the roof are only for adults so if you come with a small child no chance to use it, this info was missing in the description also, the use of this pool is for extra 60 euro cost per day.
