  : Great location, close to the beach and Los Cristianos. Lucas was an amazing host, let us check in early and was always on hand to answer any questions.
  : Did not dislike anything about the apartment, terrace didnt get the sun until late afternoon but didnt stop us enjoying ourselves and the pool is very close by if you want to sunbathe.

  : The apartment is nice, modern and well equipped. We like to cook when on holiday and the kitchen had plenty of tools. A selection of basic foods, toiletries and cleaning products was also available. Located in a very touristic area with plenty of shops and restaurants, and at 15m walking distance from 2 beaches. Communication with the manager went smooth and the place was clean. Fairly priced.
  : There's only one problem with the apartment which is the terrace. The terrace is located right on top of a pub with live music every night. Also the stank of fried food tends to come up there from the pub kitchen. Music ends at 23h so not a big issue if you like to go out, but keep in mind if you, like us, have a small kid and were forced to be home early.

  : Lovely well kept apartment. Had everything we needed. Fine supermarket around the corner. Very near all the nice restaurants and shops. Couple of minutes from the beach.
  : Music underneath quite loud at times but always finished by 11. Didn't like coming home and will return.

  : AC is missing in the bedroom. And sofa bed is not very comfortable for sleeping in the living room.

  : I loved the location of the apartment. It had everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. There were more utensils than i have at home and sharp knives. The surrounding area is flat and suitable for people who can't negotiate hills. Just about 6 or 7 minutes walk from a gorgeous sandy beach. 5 minutes from the la paz strip. Although compact the apartment was fine for 2 people and spotlessly clean. Alex was very helpful and always on hand if needed though we had no need to contact him. . I would definitely recommend this lovely homely ground floor apartment.
  : The sofa bed in the living area wasn't the most comfortable to sit on but as we spent most of our time outside it wasn't an issue and I would definitely return
