  : Clean. Neat tidy comfortable safe.
  : I struggled to find it and to find the door to get in. I struggled with the opening of the doors by using the app but I would say I should of read the how to properly.

  : Good location, comfortable bed and very clean room.
  : Categorical no to early check incommunication only working when favorable for staff, unresponded messages from customer. low water pressure in shower.

Pleasant

  : Location excellent. Walking distance to all main areas. Very quiet. Clean and bed comfortable.
  : Reception not on site, at least 10min walk. Nightmare trying to gain access to internal door, had to be given separate code , as app. entry would not work. Cover fell off aircon unit in the middle of the first night, despite reporting this, nothing was done about it.Thankfully, aircon still worked. Disappointed no fridge in SUITE.

  : The location in the center of Madrid is fantastic. The room was extremely quiet and no noise came from outside (except from other noisy guests in the hallway). The room was clean, the bed and mattress are of good quality and allowed us to sleep well. The staff, who are at an address within walking distance, were kind and helpful.
  : The complicated way to access the room: important explanations for activating and using the app are diluted in long messages (communication can be improved); entrance door A which is on the other street is not well indicated or visible for guests arriving at night in the dark; the sign explaining how to open the main door should also be more visible. No contact outside office hours, which is scary if there is a problem with the app to access the room. The room and bathroom are a bit cramped.

  : Its location is perfect central to everything and a very secure accommodation
  : The bed was too soft, towels were not replaced even though requested, it would be nice to have a kettle and tea and coffee and maybe a welcome pack with a localMap and places to visit, restaurant recommendations etc

  : The location was very strategic, for the most part we didnt have to take the metro or bus. walking everywhere. the check in was a bit complicated, but the customer service was helpful.
  : It was just disapointing because it looked nothing like the pictures. it was much much smaller. there was windows, but it was frosted and only opened 2 cm. so you cant see outside, and sunshine barely came in. it felt quite claustrophobic.

  : Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They suggested I call the police instead of calling them to help, if I got locked out of my room again! (due to their faulty app)They made it clear they had no intention of helping me because their customer service support phone closed at 3pm.Dark, no natural light Very uncomfortable bed (memory foam)

  : Please have some reception as the AI based guidance is very confusing and i struggle alot to find the correct door and the next morning i was searchibg for some front desk but didn't find anything.
