  : Very central location. Basic but more than adequate accommodation. Had reasearched in advance so knew what to expect. Helpful staff even if english was limited. 24 hour reception too. Room service offered every day. Small double room with comfortable bed and ensuite. Air conditioning was Ideal. Perfect for a short stay or for solo travellers. Great value for money if travelling on a budget Would recommend for a short stay but might not suit everyone especially couples but from what I seen in the property there appeared to be larger rooms also. Would return to Madrid but at a different time of year, 38 plus degrees was hard work. Overall thouugh a thoroughly enjoyable break.
  : Only one wall socket in the room which I already had read about. So if travelling with a few rechargeable devices a power pack is a must. Bit of a distance from the train station if planning to maybe explore outside of Madrid....

  : It's a small hotel in the very center of Madrid. Location is great, rooms simple but well-planned. Mine had a good mattress and a fully renovated bathroom. Cleaning was every day and reception was 24 hours. Excellently connected with everything...

  : Was next to the Royal opera
  : I booked double room (with one double bed or two beds) but instead was given smallest room with one bed. The room (and the bathroom) so was tiny, I could hardly find a place to put my luggage. Several times I asked stuff to change the room and told them that they placed me in the wrong room, but no result. The worst part was that they had cockroaches and black mold in the bathroom, photos attached. I stayed in Madrid few times, but this place was definitely the worst. Dont make my mistake and try another hostal with better conditions and for lesser price.

  : The kind of the staff.
  : It was a bad experience. The room smels a smoking a lot and the view does not exist because the building is fixing and the windows are closed. It was the most expensive hostal that use in my vacations.
