  : Perfect location on the plaza in front of the opera house. Close to many great restaurants, bakeries, and bars. Though small, the room was clean and adequate. The free fruit in the common room was appreciated.

  : This is a family run business and as such it has character and is not cookie-cutter corporate. You can see the pride, generosity and care put into the hotel. Mila and David went out of their way to help us with a ticketing difficulty. The desk is attended 24 hours a day which is so much better than worrying about meeting up with hosts. It is 20 metres to the Opera metro stop. The room was beautifully serviced.
  : There is no getting away from the fact that the room we had was small. The bathroom was very tight. Perhaps others are bigger, you may like to stipulate this because in every other aspect it was excellent value.

  : The location is perfect in Arenal. lot of places to eat and many shops. 5 minutes walking from puerta del sol and right on the Opera metro station. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice and quiet with 2 sets of windows. We also had a small balcony that was nice.

  : Perfectly working wifi. Mini room, but it was enough because I just slept in it. I didn't hear any noise from the street. But the people in the adjacent rooms did.
  : Very thin walls of the rooms. I was forced to listen to the guests in the rooms next door. I could hear every word. There's a great lack of sipent hours in night. Unfortunately some of the guests are very loud and inconsiderate. Being noisy later than 10pm is very inconsiderate. Not all of the guests at the hotel are Spanish. There are other nationalities staying here who are used to working from 6 am to 2 pm for example. Thus, they go to bed early. Or someone may not be well. He may be in pain. And none of these people want to listen to their noisy neighbours. I have noisy neighbours at home. But here I am on vacation and I want to relax and get a good night's sleep. I was constantly forced to listen to laughter, screaming, sneezing, coughing, throwing things down, banging windows, pulling out power cords at night. I was always scared, my heart rate sped up and my blood pressure increased. It's impossible to sleep in this. Let alone fall asleep! And if I did fall asleep, I'd wake up with a jerk... My recommendation: establish a nightly rest. I know 99% of people won't like it, but it's necessary. It works in other countries. There's a device with a green light above the door. At night, it shines so brightly, it illuminates the whole room. But for that kind of money, I expected a much better standard.
