  : Costs in the Balearic Islands have been sky high this summer but even though I didnt expect luxury basic is being kind to describe this accommodation. Slow service at reception due to staff having to also run the bar, no towels in my room on arrival (or when chased) 2nd chaser they appeared. Walls paper thin so I could hear someone snoring next door and a drain smell coming from the bathroom. Mould build up on taps and shower head - risk of legionella. View non existent. I could go on but will just choose not to book this property again as it needs a major refurbishment. Staff didnt even dare ask how my stay was when checking out as no doubt dont want to hear the feedback they know already.

  : The staff was great, very friendly and helpful people. Very comfortable beds. Perfect location-3 minutes walk from beach. Would recommend !
  : Although the cleaning lady came once at every 2 days, she didnt bother actually cleaning. Only made the beds and superficially cleaned the room and the bathroom. Only issues it was this, everything else was exceptional. Woul stay there again.

  : Location was perfect, the lady at the bar her name was Melissa, so attentive and polite, and really made us feel welcome, her attention was outstanding. I like the fact that there was so many shops around and closenesss to the beach.
  : The cleaning was extremely poor, I complain as my bed lining was never change and the apartment was very dirty, the bathroom,toilet and sink was never clean, kitchen neither , all they did was change the towels.

  : Room was shabby, decor outdated. Supposed to be 3 star but not even a glass of water in my room. Curtain torn & stained, Glass sliding door almost impossible to slide shut. Asked to upgrade (prepared to pay extra), not offered anything. Asked for an electric kettle, given one that exploded when plugged in & tripped all power in my room. Not PAT tested. I was put in fear of electrocuting myself. Staff unconcerned. No apology. No responsibility. Checked out after this event as felt unsafe. Trying to get money back for 2 unused nights (and they immediately reoccupied the room). No response. Awful .
